Paul founded PALM Associates, Inc. in 1992 to specialize in communications software development for enterprise customers. Additional assignmensts as CTO, Vp engineering and co-founder for Amicomed, Mediifies and Zoove has expaned his expertise. Additional skills in Python, RNN, and AI applications to healthcare products completes his background.
